Founded in 1985
Est.85 Coffee Works was founded on a commitment to exceptional quality, responsible sourcing, and long-term partnerships. Our founder, Steve Buchus, began roasting in the back of his small coffee shop, Iconic Coffee, with a clear purpose: to craft outstanding coffee while supporting the growers behind it.
What started as a small in-house roastery has grown into a dedicated commercial operation supplying organisations who value quality, consistency, and traceability. Our focus on technical precision, ethical sourcing, and continual refinement ensures every roast meets the highest standards.
Today, Est.85 Coffee Works partners with businesses across the hospitality and service sectors, delivering finely crafted coffees backed by a commitment to reliability, transparency, and sustainable growth.
